➔ A range of training opportunities, including online courses, a residential and face to face opportunities. This will give you the chance to get to know other activists and build solidarity  
➔ Personalised training aimed at overcoming the barriers you face within the Trade Union movement  
➔ A better understanding of the trade union movement and how you can progress within it 
 
So please think about joining this course and building your skills. We are hoping for applications from women in a range of sectors and particularly welcome interest from Black and Minority Ethnic women and those who identify as Disabled.
