Menopausal women are currently the fastest growing workforce demographic with three out of four women experiencing symptoms.

Join us to learn more about what the menopause is and its potential impact on women in the workplace. The session will cover:

• The practicalities involved in dealing with the menopause at work.
• What menopause is.
• The symptoms – using information from the NHS and the British Menopause Society.
• TUC guidance resources.
• How employers and unions can work together to develop policy and procedures.

This session is open to both men and women.
